Algorithmic configuration of technology to scale human productivity has been mankind’s most revolutionary breakthrough in enterprising intellectual faculties of sapiens across the scale and spectrum of machines .AI is poised to transfigure next generation of machine-neural evolution . reinforced learning and contextual semantics of LLMs  are ushering internet from centralized universal forum to more individuate singular unit of universal interface. naturalizing algorithms  to human languages and semantics thereof possesses enormous potential to democratize accessibility to technology to more inclusive and universal social pool. 

Democracy a noble sounding ideal though has historically been subjected to aristocratic manipulation of institutional and social fabric of society . internet democratization also has been fudged into technocratic  aristocracy and deficit thereof. big tech monopolies have reeked this collective universal forum with doctored ideological , social and politically biases . weaponization of this collective forum has transgressed individual digital footprint and virtual identity into grave liability.

Hyper-personalization of  compute demands individuals to yield themselves to algorithmic configurations of machine learning . I do harbor the optimism that personal compute will enterprise individual capacity for far more superior network contribution though i am equally pessimist of commercial and proprietary  algorithms encoding individual human experiences . AI by design is scale leveraged prospect so the arbitrary commercial appropriation of  individual virtual footprint and data corpus needs legal and policy safeguards to ensure the generic non-technocratic user base is not subjugated to thinly veiled terms of consent negotiation .

Right to algorithmic anonymity needs to be chartered in sovereign constitutional and parliamentary legalese . legislature and judiciary should constitute a council of technocratic , legal , social and political luminaries to codify the ethical use case of individual data feed and consequences of these algorithmic configurations on individual and society by large. legal accountability  framework for data misappropriation and drafting charter for  right to own and erase virtual data print  needs to be acknowledged and codified on institutional levels .
